The Down to Earth Staff

It is not enough to claim excellence to provide an excellent service, a company needs excellent staff.  High quality and customer care is essential form the first point of contact – our office – right through the site appraisal and initial meeting and the execution of the work to the point of completion.

We pride ourselves that we have some of the most outstanding tree surgeons and arborists in the country.

All staff are experienced and highly skilled operatives.  Training features highly in our list of priorities and we actively ensure that our staff are kept fully up to date with all training requirements as well as current issues and legislation that affects our work.

The following is currently being undertaken to ensure full complicity with recent legislation.

• Training in correct procedures and recognition in respect of bats in trees
• Examination of the recent ‘Working at Height Regulations’ in respect to our work
• Work on veteran trees

STAFF PROFILES
All staff employed by Down to Earth are FULL TIME EMPLOYEES. It has not been, nor will it be, our policy to sub-contract staff.  We believe that a high quality service cannot be achieved by sub-contracting work.
